What is a GV Mobile Ticket?
As opposed to a physical paper movie ticket, GV Mobile Ticket is an electronic movie ticket sent to a mobile phone via short message service (SMS). The GV Mobile Ticket contains a unique alphanumeric code and accompanying booking details.
How can I get a GV Mobile Ticket?
GV Mobile Ticket is currently available only for internet bookings for movie sessions showing at GV Plaza Hall 1 to 6. It is displayed as an option on the bottom right of the Golden Village seat selection page. Please ensure that this option is checked and a valid mobile number is entered before confirming the booking. If the transaction is successful, you should receive a GV Mobile Ticket via a SMS message on your mobile phone shortly.
GV Mobile Ticket option is not offered with the prepaid card payment method.
How long do I have to wait to receive a GV Mobile Ticket?
Usually within 30 seconds. In very rare occasions, there may be slight delays depending on the amount of traffic on the network of your mobile service provider.
How do I use a GV Mobile Ticket?
With GV Mobile Ticket, you no longer need to collect movie tickets at box office. Simply scan the GV Mobile Ticket code from your mobile phone at the Mobile Ticket Kiosk located at the GV Plaza Hall 1 to 6 Cinema Gantry.

How much does it cost to receive a GV Mobile Ticket?
$0.80 convenience fee is charged for each GV Mobile Ticket.
What if I purchase more than one movie ticket?
One Mobile Ticket is delivered for each successful transaction made regardless of the number of movie tickets purchased.
My friend will be late. Can I enter the cinema hall first with the GV Mobile Ticket?
No, everyone in your party must arrive at the same time to utilize the GV Mobile Ticket as the code on the GV Mobile Ticket can only be scanned once.
Can my mobile phone receive a GV Mobile Ticket?
Any mobile phone that supports SMS capability can receive a GV Mobile Ticket.
What if I don't receive my GV Mobile Ticket?
If your GV Mobile Ticket is not sent to your mobile phone after 20 minutes, please restart your mobile phone by switching it off and on. If you still do not receive your GV Mobile Ticket, you can use your booking confirmation email as an alternative. When you opt for GV Mobile Ticket, you should also receive your Mobile Ticket code on your booking confirmation email. Please print this email and use the printout to scan at the Mobile Ticket Kiosk. Otherwise, you may collect your physical ticket(s) at the Box Office with your identity card or credit card used for your ticket purchase.
What if I accidentally deleted my GV Mobile Ticket?
When you opt for GV Mobile Ticket, you should also receive your Mobile Ticket code on your booking confirmation email. Please print this email and use the printout to scan at the Mobile Ticket Kiosk. Otherwise, you may collect your physical ticket(s) at the Box Office with your identity card or credit card used for your ticket purchase.
What happens if I forget my mobile phone or my battery dies at the venue?
When you opt for GV Mobile Ticket, you should also receive your Mobile Ticket code on your booking confirmation email. Please print this email and use the printout to scan at the Mobile Ticket Kiosk. Otherwise, you may collect your physical ticket(s) at the Box Office with your identity card or credit card used for your ticket purchase.
Can I forward my GV Mobile Ticket to a friend?
No, GV Mobile Ticket is non-refundable and non-transferable. Entry will be granted only the first time a GV Mobile Ticket code is scanned.
Will my mobile number be used for any other purpose?
Your mobile number will only be used for the delivery of your GV Mobile Ticket. Your mobile number will NOT be sold or passed on to third parties for any other reasons without your consent.
However, if you have signed up for GV Movie Club membership with the same mobile number, you may still be contacted for matters relating to the GV Movie Club membership program.
